I am an award-winning, results-oriented, bilingual, energetic, happy and hard-working Creative Director, graphic artist and conceptual powerhouse. Passionate about creating brands, doing things that are new and unique and that grab the consumer by his/her heart.

You can find me singing in Spanish in the hallways or talking in my more loud than normal voice (or so people have told me). I am honest, straightforward but most importantly full on dedicated about what I do and the clients I work for.

Previously I have worked at JWT San Juan. There, I had the pleasure of working with worldwide brands like Unilever, Ford, Nestle and Listerine. And even had the opportunity to represent Puerto Rico, twice, at the Young Creatives competition in Cannes. It was a treat. I was also honored to work on award-winning creative that even made the Gunn Report. Awards came from the London Festival, New York Festival, FIAP, Clio and even a shortlist at Cannes.

My love for traveling and exploring took me to Boston 12 years ago where I discovered ism and fell in love with Travel and Leisure Marketing. It is a totally different way to sell but it is still selling. I have worked here with clients like Four Seasons, Emirates Airline, Barbados, American Express Travel and more recently Palace Resorts. Being a Travel marketing agency I got the pleasure to travel to some amazing places, including Dubai. Wow! Later on, the last three years I went back to product advertising at Connelly Partners, working with clients like Foxwoods, Gorton's Seafood and Salem Five Bank among others.

Last year I packed everything up and moved to Miami for a new adventure. Started work at Republica (Latin and English speaking agency). This job challenged me and took me back to my roots. I worked with such accounts like Gloria Ferrer, Segura Viudas, Universal Studios, European Wax Center,Adrienne Arsht Center for the Arts, and many new business. Even making the Gloria Ferrer social account the most effective at the agency.

I am thankful for my journey so far, but there is still much more creativity inside me, in both languages (English and Spanish). I live for this, I work really hard and ENJOY it. You have to.

Associate Creative Director / Art director

Connelly Partners

At Connelly Partners, I worked on major accounts, across a wide variety of mediums, including traditional, digital and social media. Among the clients I worked on was Foxwoods Resort Casino where I managed a team of 15 people, and an enormous volume of work that averaged over ten jobs per day varying from print ads, to a Bingo flyer to a TV ad. I was also part of the team that won the Gorton’s Seafood account and helped revive the fisherman as the brand’s icon. Our campaign and social content ideas were so well liked by the client that they parted ties with their long-standing AOR and CP became their agency across all channels. At CP, I also worked in pharma with Afaxys, healthcare with the South Shore Health System and retail with Hartmann luggage. Daily, I gave instructions to the team and managed the studio’s creative. All with a smile on my face and passion in my heart.

Art Director / Associate Creative Director

ISM • Travel & Leisure Marketing

I had always worked on products until I started working at ISM, where I fell in love with travel marketing. Traveling is one of my favorite things and this position allowed me to sell an experience and a feeling. I cultivated a completely new talent for speaking to people’s aspirations and emotions while working on print ads, web sites and apps for such clients as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, the island of Barbados (Rihanna was even in our first ads), Tauck River Cruising, Palace Resorts and UNESCO. I also was part of the team that helped launch Emirates Airline to the US right after September 11th, working as the lead art director for six years, while the airline grew from one departing city (NYC) to eight, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Toronto and Houston.

My work at ISM won awards from HSMAI (including “Best of Show”) for Emirates Airline and Hatch Awards for Lazarus House and various logos.

Art Director

JWT San Juan (Latin American Agency)

I began my career at JWT. Instead of starting as a studio designer, I was immediately assigned to a team that conceptualized and came up with ideas that involved print ads, brochures, POP and even TV commercials. At one point, I was in charge of all the artwork for Plaza Las Américas (the biggest shopping mall in the Caribbean). At JWT, I learned to be flexible and to clearly shape and articulate my thoughts and ideas while working with such clients as Pfizer, Unilever and Ford Motor Company. I was also involved in the conceptualization, production and editing of many award-winning TV commercials. During my six years at JWT, it evolved from being an agency run by the brand department to one that was completely committed to strategic creative. It became the number one agency in Puerto Rico and among the top 100 in the world.
I was able to create a lot of award-winning work for Ragu Sauce. The “Girl” and “Father & Son” commercials I created garnered awards and recognition from Clio, FIAP

Associate Creative Director / Art

Republica LLC

Working at Republica, I went back to my roots. It was great to be able to work in English and Spanish. I managed two teams and our workload. My team and I started the social campaign for Gloria Ferrer wines in Sonoma, creating amazing results (Becoming with number one Republica social engagement account in just 3 months). Daily, I was in charge of giving instructions, organizing and recognizing what was good creative. At the same time I worked on new business where my help was needed. I am a team player, you will never have to ask me to help. I am there.
